STL was engaged to conduct comprehensive quality evaluation of the road structure — subgrade, sub-base, base course and bituminous layers — across multiple divisions of Punjab under the Khadim-e-Punjab Rural Roads Programme. Work was executed through the concerned design and supervision consultants, with STL providing independent third-party testing and audit.
