Quality Management System

STL operates a documented Quality Management System aligned to ISO 9001:2015, covering every stage from enquiry intake through field execution, laboratory testing, report production and post-delivery support. In practice, that means four things a client can verify:

Traceability

Every sample carries a chain of custody from collection to disposal. Every instrument carries a calibration record. Every certificate cites the governing standard by number.

Independence

We are not owned by, invested in, or commercially dependent on any contractor, supplier or material producer. There is no result we have an interest in producing.

Auditability

Our compliance register — PEC registrations, calibration records, reference-standard traceability — is open to client audit on request.

Correction

Non-conformities are logged, investigated and closed through structured corrective and preventive action. We would rather find our own errors than have a client find them.
