Independent quality evaluation of the Ek-Moria Pull underpass, covering both the pavement structure and the associated structural concrete works. STL’s assignment provided the client with verified conformance data across each construction layer, from formation level through to the finished bituminous wearing course.

Scope

  • Subgrade, sub-base and base course evaluation — field density, moisture content, CBR
  • Bituminous layer testing — mix design verification, Marshall stability, core extraction and thickness check
  • Concrete testing of structural elements — cube and core compressive strength
  • Reporting and conformance certification against AASHTO / ASTM criteria
